"Fair prices and solid service"
I’d give The Warehouse Salon 4 stars. I’ve been to a few salons in the past where I felt like I paid way too much for average results, but this place felt more reasonable. It’s not the cheapest salon I’ve ever been to, but for what I got, the price seemed fair. Booking was easy, the service was decent, and I left feeling like it was worth it. I’d probably go back if the pricing stays about the same

"Booking Took Way More Effort Than It Should Have"
I tried booking an appointment through the website, and it turned into way more work than I expected. The pages were confusing, I kept second-guessing whether I was on the right step, and I couldn’t even tell if my time slot actually went through. After messing with it for a while, I just gave up. Something as basic as scheduling should be quick, not feel like another chore.

"Customer service could be better"
The salon itself was okay, nothing really wrong with that part, but trying to get help was kind of frustrating. The replies took a while, and when they did come through, they felt a bit short and not very helpful. I don’t know, the whole thing just left me unsure if I’d book again.

"Wasn't exactly a cozy vibe"
The place was loud and felt kind of cold, so it didn't feel relaxing at all. I can't say I didn't wanna leave soon after getting there.

"Felt brushed off before my appointment"
I had a consultation and left feeling ignored. I asked what I thought were simple questions, but the answers were vague, rushed, and kind of made me feel like I was being talked down to for even asking. I tried following up afterward and it took forever to get a response. Overall, I just didn’t feel listened to or respected, so I won’t be booking there.

"I still remember how disappointed I felt"
I was really excited to try it, but the color came out completely different from what I expected. I still remember looking in the mirror and feeling that sinking disappointment because it just looked so wrong on me.

"Didn’t feel clean enough for me"
I booked after checking out the website, and I’ll admit I’m already someone who pays a lot of attention to cleanliness in salons, so I was kind of looking for signs either way when I walked in.
Once I noticed hair still around the chair from the last client, it made me more aware of everything else. The counter looked a bit sticky, and a few of the tools didn’t look as clean as I’d expect. Maybe they were just having a hectic day, but it matched the bad feeling I got right away.
The staff weren’t rude or anything, and they were fine enough, but hygiene is a big deal for me. After that first impression, I couldn’t really relax, so I don’t think I’d go back.
